Job Type: 3 Months Contract - Cover Maternity

Location: Redhill

5 days’ work week (8.30am to 5.30pm/ 9am to 6pm)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR/GL functions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets accounting.
• Assist with tax compliance and GST submissions for Singapore.
• Participate in and handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA (Stage 1), or equivalent professional qualifications.
• 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Strong ability to manage a full set of accounts independently.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and quick learning capabilities.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Experience with Globe3 accounting software is a plus.

- Providing excellent IT support and quality of service to all vessels.

- With the guidance of the Fleet IT manager, overseeing the completion of through assesments of in-scope systems, applications, and processes to establish cybersecurity risks and control gaps

- Proactive and open communication with the Fleet IT manager in the implementation of updated cybersecurity methods and policies

- Installing, testing, Mmaintainning and provideing support for all on-board hardware and applications

- Building and maintainning the databases for the fleet, ensuring that all relevant documentation and system logs are updated and remain current in content

Requirement ;

- Degree holder, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering Degree or equivalent

- Experience and successful track record in vessel IT support and infrastructure, delivery , within a global shipping company.

- Experience in Windows Server Administration, VMARE and Virtualization implementation.

- Logical thinker with a strong analytical background and good attention to detail while having strong focus on delivering quality and meeting deadlines.

- Clear, Precise, and confident in verbal and written communication to support credibility and position of expertise flexibility to work prolonged hours and travel as necessary.
