In this position as an Reinsurance Broking Executive, you will be expected to support the treaty reinsurance business units and provide pre-bind/post-bind underwriting support across all business classes. You will be required to work with offices across the region and ensure alignment on working practice and complying with the company's policies. You will manage logging of data including policy; premium; endorsement; submission, quote & renewal data onto the relevant System of Record and maintain any other defined databases for the Underwriters as required.

In order to be successful in this position, the incumbent needs to administer all reinsurance documentation and templates; maintain existing and develop new when required; ensure that document management is completed to the correct standard. The successful incumbent will also be tasked to manage and apply the credit control function and related bank accounts in collaboration with other functional areas including Finance, Operations, Claims, and others as required.

skills & experience required

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the reinsurance non-life Treaty space
• Candidates with Treaty broking support or technical accounting background can be considered

To assist the Director in strategic planning and managing the purchasing team for all purchasing activities according to the KPIs set.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish, build and maintain relations with all key Vendors
• Create, set and maintain department KPIs
• Sources for new products for cost-effectiveness and Calls for Food Tender
• Support all users for all Purchase Orders with E-Procurement System and meet Finance month end closing deadlines
• To attend to complaints and feedback from users regarding supplier services, product quality and quantity issues
• Ensure smooth delivery of products to all users.
• Coordinate all administrative matters, liaising with all departments and customers directly, as well on new strategic initiatives with Corporate Chef and new opening projects
• Provide Management with data and reports related to purchasing activities as and when required
• Periodic review to Management on purchasing system improvements and streamlining purchasing processes
• To undertake whatever-related duties or tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with Diploma or Degree in Business/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing/sourcing experience in the hospitality/F&B/Entertainment industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Resourceful and meticulous with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills with Vendors and Stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Able to work independently and a good team player

Our Client is in the Heavy Vehicle Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and special reports or analyses as needed.
• Review financial reports prepared by the shared services center.
• Prepare Principal reports, such as IFC and Business Plan submissions.
• Compile and submit statistical surveys and reports.
• Coordinate budget and forecast processes across departments to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate the consolidation of Singapore financials for actuals and budgets/forecasts.
• Post monthly consolidation adjustments and manage consolidation working files.
• Analyze KPIs, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and balance sheet positions.
• Conduct variance analyses and provide insights into actual vs. budget/forecast performance.
• Monitor Singapore Group cash flow and prepare daily and monthly treasury reports.
• Create quarterly cash flow projections and support ad-hoc treasury projects.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Accounting
• Min 3 years experience accounting
• Experience in FP&A and Consolidation will be added advantage
