A Building & Facility Executive oversees all aspects of building facility functions and guarantees the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all facilities under the Company. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising the facility staff.

Job duties & responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of all Company facility areas assigned, including maintenance, safety and cleanliness

· Work within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities - Ensure legal compliance where needed

· Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development and maintenance

· Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner · Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation

· Raise PO and certify job completion/delivery undertaken by contractors/vendors

· Manage and update online systems - Initiate B&F activities for dormitories to ensure compliance with regulations and Company facilities' policies

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A Diploma/Degree holder in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline and preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as specified
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in building & facilities management and is 'hands on' to ensure planning to execution success in building & facility initiatives undertaken
• Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Mandarin speaking to speak to Chinese workers and customers

• Ensures all inventory transactions are completed on-time and maintain stock accuracy.
• Conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• Organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Be responsible to plan and oversee day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
• Plan and coordinate with customer service and operations to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
• To be competent with the IT tools implemented and to optimise the usage.
• Establish and maintain good relations with the customers and address operational concerns.
• Manage WSH activities to ensure department’s compliance to requirements
• Perform safety and health risk assessment.
• Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
• Facilitate interactions between internal and external partners to implement technology projects.
• Review areas in logistics operations where technology can enhance processes.
