• Position Title: Accounts Payable Executive
• Working Location: Bugis
• Working Hours: 5 days (9 am-5.45 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: 4 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily supplier invoices for trade, non-trade, intercompany, and third-party transactions.
• Ensure timely verification of supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching to ensure proper authorization complies with company policies.
• Prepare payment runs (wire/cheque) according to the payment schedule.
• Reconcile Supplier Statements of Account (SOA) periodically to ensure accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records.
• Record supplier payments in the ERP system promptly.
• Ensure AP submodule aligns with the ERP General Ledger (GL).
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal preparation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing relevant information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of Oracle and UiPath (RPA) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable principles.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify anomalies in documentation.
• Open-minded team player with a collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in budget planning and management control procedures.
• Handle high volume of transactions and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and timely.
• Manage all aspects of statutory audit and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including suppliers, clients and auditors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• Address overdue payments swiftly and maintain precise records of all collection efforts.
• Handle payment recovery issues promptly, following corporate guidelines and collection procedures.
• Work with sales and service teams, spot potential bad debts, and compile credit control reports for routine meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing Credit Control/Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
