The QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring the efficient, profitable, and smooth running of the business.    Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and optimize food cost control.
   Monitor labor costs and scheduling to ensure staffing levels are appropriate and efficient.
   Review and analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant performance.
   
5. Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
   Perform regular audits and inspections of restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement.
   Ensure all employees are trained in health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
   
6. Marketing & Promotions:Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotions and initiatives that drive traffic and sales.
   Ensure that new products, services, or menu changes are introduced effectively across locations.
   Monitor competition and market trends to recommend opportunities for innovation or improvement.
   
7. Reporting & Administration:Provide regular updates to senior management on performance metrics, including sales, labor, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
   Assist in the recruitment process and ensure proper staffing levels in all locations.
   Maintain accurate records of operational activities, employee performance, inventory, and financial reports.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the QSR or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of QSR operations, food safety regulations, and financial controls.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Account Manager, Healthcare

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing digital transformation strategies aligned with our clients' business goals.
