Detailed Scope:

1. Manage Prefabrication Factory/Yard reporting to Project Director, overseeing prefabrication production of MEP modules and manpower planning.

Join our team as an E-Commerce Assistant Manager, where you’ll play a vital role in driving online sales, enhancing customer experiences, and integrating marketing strategies with e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote e-commerce sales through email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Craft compelling product descriptions, brand stories, and promotional content for e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to improve campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and brand-compliant marketing assets.
• Manage customer engagement strategies to build brand loyalty and enhance the online shopping experience.

E-Commerce Operations

• Coordinate daily e-commerce platform activities, including product listings, promotions, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor e-commerce platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

Integration and Collaboration

• Lead the integration of Mirakl with warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.
• Work closely with IT, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment of e-commerce and marketing functions.
• Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date records of warehouse procedures.

Brand Building and Compliance

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to keep the brand competitive.
• Ensure all communications, campaigns, and e-commerce activities comply with regulations and company standards.
• Develop and manage budgets and performance reports for marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in Mirakl software, MS Office Suite, and tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
• Experience collaborating across teams, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Description:

You will be managing the business development work, including, but not limited to, managing and maintaining our business's existing clientele, canvassing for new clients, and looking for prospects and collaboration partners for the company. We require that our teammates be responsible, independent, and mature in executing their tasks.

Specific Responsibilities:

Identify potential direct customers, build reseller network with Wedding planners, hotels , marketing agency for company photography and videography services, develop commission and reward scheme.

Monitoring sales pipeline, prospecting and closing deals ensure all projects is on track.

Work closely with the marketing agency and internal team to get leads for business development operation.

Attend to customers’ enquiries by providing timely service and administrative support, ensuring the customer experience is not compromised.

Manage customer enquiries and expectation that come through various channels including telegram, whatapps, emails and referrals etc.

Prepare proposal and quotation to our prospect, potential clients , upselling or cross-selling products and services is a bonus.

As the Assistant Purchasing Manager, you will support the Head of Purchasing in sourcing and procuring products essential for our company's operations.

This is a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the developing of purchasing strategies together with the HOD based on company goals and market trends.
• Source and evaluate international suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, and supplier reputation.
