We are running a central kitchen and restaurant, manufacturing and serve food for our client in Singapore. We are looking for a general manager mainly for our restaurants' daily operation:
1.Responsible for the smooth daily operation;
2. Market and growing the revenue through new business opportunities and clients;
3. Develop and execute business strategies.
4. Ensure full compliance with related food safety requirements, .
4. Overall in charge of all team such as kitchen, stock, servicing
5. Ensure products are delivered to customers in good quality, on time, in full, and with cost effectiveness.
6. Full P&L responsibility.
7. Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry;
2. Supply chain management, marketing skills
3. Food safety knowledge
4. Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes who drives for results, highly hands-on
