Analyse and underwrite all LOGOS Renewables’ projects (solar, wind, BESS, EV, green hydrogen)
Lead research, analysis, reporting and support execution of LOGOS Renewables’business plan, with workstreams to include but not limited to:
- Detailed financial analysis to include: economic market data, forecasting portfolio build-out, underwriting potential acquisitions, corporate finance and M&A, and impact to LOGOS existing business;
- Underwriting of opportunities, working in partnership with the various LOGOS teams throughout APAC;
- Work with the LOGO team on equity and debt raising
Prepare documents for internal and external purposes, including writing executive committee memos and presentations to capital / development partners;
Be involved in other special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required. This position description is indicative of the general role you will perform whilst at LOGOS, however it is not an exhaustive list of your role or responsibilities.
Position Requirements
· Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in power business investment / financial analysis and transaction;
· Experience within an SE Asian renewable power company (APAC exposure is a plus) or related private equity fund
· Strong proficiency with financial modelling of solar, wind, EV projects
· Experience in raising non-recourse debt
· Development fundamentals knowledge
· Corporate finance knowledge and proficient excel modelling PowerPoint skill sets;
· Transaction execution experience
· Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset;
· High EQ – LOGOS’ business is built on relationships across a diverse range of customers and capital;
· Ability to independently synthesise information and distil it into key themes / messages and strategies;
· High levels of initiative, ability to pursue the most efficient route to achieve the end goal;
· Excellent project management skills, the ability to work under pressure and manage high priority strategic projects with multiple or competing deadlines;
· Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and in a team environment – imperative to work internally with senior members of local teams to coordinate initiatives and drive process; and
An exceptionally strong work ethic, a high level of analytical capabilities, and detailed
