We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of retail operations, and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store

- Train and supervise sales associates to ensure excellent customer service

- Implement and maintain store merchandising and visual standards

Requirements:
