Roles & responsibilities:

• Accounting :
  • Full Spectrum Finance Responsibilities: Handle all finance-related tasks independently.
  • Full Set Accounting: Manage bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, cash forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting, including group consolidation.
  • Policy Management: Implement and manage policies, transfer pricing mechanisms, time tracking systems, and intercompany invoicing.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare cash flow forecasts for the India entity.
  • Tax Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly GST returns, employee tax returns, and address all queries related to the Indian entity.
  • Bank Liaison: Manage banking matters.
  • Consultant Coordination: Work with consultants and service providers on tax (direct and indirect) and statutory law matters (including but not limited to Company Law, PF, FEMA).
  • Statutory Audit Management: Lead and manage the statutory audit process from start to finish, addressing queries and interpreting reporting standards.
  • Payroll and Vendor Payments: Process monthly payroll, expense claims, and vendor payments.
  • Group Consolidation Potential: Possibility to take charge of the entire group consolidation.
• MIS & Analysis Reporting :
  • Financial Performance Reporting: Provide management reports on various aspects of financial performance.
  • Revenue and Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of revenue and costs to provide insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in financial management.
• Strong understanding of global accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations in a high-growth, global startup environment.
• Proficiency in financial management tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, XERO).

Responsibilities

Manages human resource operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation and benefits strategies. Implements human resource strategies in talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and employee relation and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of effective and responsive human resources function.
• Review and analyze HR statistics and reports to recommend changes to HR practices and organizational planning to suit company direction and improve productivity

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high quality standards, creativity, brand promise and profitability for the bar program while working closely with other leaders within the F&B Management, F&B Outlets, Catering, Wedding and Banqueting departments, Guest Care Services, Marketing and Finance divisions. The Bar Manager's areas of responsibilities includes the following but not limited to:

Operations Management

· Confirm preparation and presentation of all food and beverages are aligned to the quality and service standards as set out in the SOP

· Verify cleanliness and hygiene of bar and all equipment and assets are available and in good condition for each service period

· Acquire feedback from guests by active social interaction on quality and service levels to achieve total customer satisfaction. Resolve and grievances promptly

· Create productive schedules and rostering to ensure that the bar is well staffed through effective utilization of all resources

Financial Management

· Establish objectives and targets for the bar. Implement systems to maximise sales and revenue where necessary

· Certify accurate cashier closing procedures and that the mandatory corresponding paperwork is complete

· Ensure adherence to stock control procedures. Perform regularly scheduled inventories in support of finance and accounting systems

Business Development

· Support the Marketing and Communications team in development and implementation of promotional activities and events at the venue

· Develop and update menus collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team in line with the latest industry trends to provide an unsurpassed experience for our guests

· Interact with media & guests to promote the hotel & the business unit when & where required

Human Capital Management and Development

· Knowledge of beverages, products including the recipe, history, latest trends and pairing techniques
