Qualifications

As our Creative Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin ensuring seamless coordination and workflow across creative, design, and development projects spanning print, events, and digital for one of our valued clients. Your Mission

In this role, you’ll juggle timelines, inspire collaboration, and bring structure to the ever-evolving world of marketing and creative production. Working closely with the Senior Creative Director and Client Partner, you’ll turn chaos into harmony, ensuring all teams work cohesively to meet objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the Flow Moving: Plan and manage all work through the creative department, acting as the go-to for project progress.
• Master the Tools: Set up and manage projects in Workfront, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate task tracking.
• Sharpen the Details: Review creative briefs and project documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and request additional information when needed.
• Be the Scheduling Guru: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop realistic project timelines and maintain them like clockwork.
• Refine the Process: Implement and maintain streamlined project management procedures, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Lead Communication: Host weekly status meetings and daily task updates, keeping everyone aligned and motivated.
• Manage Resources: Oversee team capacity, liaise with external service providers, and ensure freelancers and contractors stay on track.
• Stay on Top of Admin: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and ensure all work reports follow approval protocols.
• Build Bridges: Manage production and vendor teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders.
