What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

I. DAILY ACTIVITY FOLLOW UP

Ensure the management and optimization of Treasury activity for OUT currencies (33 currencies) on GEODE tool for Securities Services’ Businesses (12 Branches), over the Nostro accounts opened on Correspondent and ICSD’s books.

This process is coordinated with BNP SA Front Office, as well as with the Paris/Singapore and New York TFG Teams as per the Follow the Sun model.

Follow up on the update of Correspondent/ICSD’s conditions on Treasury’s reconciliation tool (RUBI) and ensure the correct reconciliation of Interest Scale.

Make sure that the activity is efficiently processed and associated risks are controlled accordingly. Ensure that the internal tools match the Business’ needs (coordinate any possible evolution along with the Change Management and IT teams).

Back up the team whenever is needed on daily activity.

II. BUSINESS BILLING/P&L FOLLOW UP

On a daily basis monitor the figures allowing to follow up the activity in order to establish an analytical billing at month end that will be charged to the Businesses.

Generate and justify the P&L reporting to the ALM.

Set up and Publish KPI’s.

III. TFG OPERATIONAL RISKS MANAGEMENT

Ensure the control of TFG Operational Risks through

- The update of the Operational Control Plans

- The update of the Accounting Control Plans

- The update of Procedures (XPACT)

- Ensure the completion of tasks in ORUS regarding the GCP and in COMBO regarding the daily activity follow up

IV. WORKSHOPS/MEETINGS WITH SINGAPOUR TFG AND NY TFG

Maintain a close relationship with Paris/ Singapore and NY TFG Teams, through monthly meetings in order to follow up and improve the processes in place.

As Global Process Owner, ensure the correct execution of the activity by the Follow the Sun teams, as well as the resolution of any possible conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s, along with the Regional Network Managers and locals ALMs.

V. TFG TEAM MANAGEMENT

Ensure an adequate staffing for any replacement as well as the training needed. Guarantee team cohesion throughout BNP Paribas’ values: Agility, Client Satisfaction, Open mindedness and Compliance Culture by embracing a collaborative spirit.

VI. FOLLOW UP OF TREASURY SUBJECTS WITH ALM AND NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Establish a good relationship with the Network Management, by participating to any Meeting/Committee which the goal is to improve the process in place or any conflict with the Correspondents/ICSD’s. Participate to any Correspondent’s migration and ensure that all the setups are in place for the good Treasury flows execution on Go Live date.

Along with the 2S ALM, follow up on Treasury subjects that could transversely impact 2S’s activity with 2S’s Businesses, Correspondents/ICSD’s and Central Treasury. Also participate in all the projects that could have a direct impact on Treasury Liquidity management.

VII. Environnement and Organisation

Service schedule is from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm CET, Monday to Friday (bank holidays are included except the 1st of January and the 25th of December).

You may participate to GEODE releases along with the IT teams (Weekends releases).

Homeworking is allowed in the different formulas and rhythms, but constraint to the activity specificities (mandatory to have a minimum of 3 persons always on site).

· Customer-facing technical consulting experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow platform development

· Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances

with ServiceNow

· Handle Architectural role in ServiceNow area. Analyse current technologies used within the target project and determine ways to improve by implementing ServiceNow and its architecture.

· Provide technical consultation to our clients in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations.

· Lead and govern end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, migrations, transformation projects using onshore, offshore and nearshore models.

· Establish enterprise wide best-practices and IT thought leadership in Service Management, Service Integration and Management, Intelligent Automation Platform and Robotic Process Automation.

· Implement complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients in all applications/modules such as TSM Pro, ITSM Pro, HRSD, ITOM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITBM Pro, Security Operations, GRC, FSM Pro and CSM Pro.

· Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.

· Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks

· Design ServiceNow technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions.

· 5+ years ServiceNow development experience and 3+ years Solution Architect Role

· Configuration experience in following modules on dedicated as well as shared instances (IM, CM, PM, SRM, KM, Release Management, Event Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management)

· ServiceNow certifications (Administrator is a must-have, Developer or Implementation Specialist are preferred)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4-6 years equivalent work experience

· Development experience in following areas: Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Web Services, Glide Record, Glide AJAX, Workflows, JSON, Encryptions Plugin, Notification, Reporting, Discovery (a plus), Integration, SSO, MID Server, LDAP

The Marketing manager, APAC is a key role in the expansion of the marketing team.  You will play a crucial part in aligning our sales and marketing efforts, improving our lead generation strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our brand in the APAC region.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead regional go-to-market activities

• Lead campaign go-to-market activities in APAC for all Fastmarkets key verticals (Forest Products, Metals and Mining, Agriculture, Carbon) by collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product to create and execute demand-generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
• Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase lead flow to deliver on New Business revenue targets, deepen relationships with existing customers to retain and grow accounts, and build new relationships within existing accounts leveraging account engagement strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, hold teams accountable to achieving goals, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the APAC sales team to ensure the sales team understands marketing plan and campaign activities impacting lead flow and ensure there is a seamless lead handoff between Sales and Marketing and an ongoing feedback loop
• Oversee the on-site event commercial consideration experience at Fastmarkets branded events, including creating on-site booth strategies, lead generation materials and collaborating with Customer Success and Sales members who will be on site
• Help build best-in-class nurture programs, that include regular a/b test, learn, and optimize approaches for educating higher funnel leads and bringing through to consideration and conversion

You will be an experienced corporate secretarial manager managing a team of corporate secretaries. In addition to corporate secretarial duties you will be handling a portfolio of clients, maintaining relationships with key contacts, reviewing fee structures and oversee credit controls for debt collection and prepare budgets and forecasts for the team.

You will be mentoring a team of corporate secretaries and report to a director. You will be grooming, training and coaching a number of junior and corporate secretaries within your team.

skills and experience required
You should have at least 6 years of corporate secretarial experiences particularly in corporate solutions provider firms. ICSA/CSIS or its equivalent chartered secretarial qualifications are essential. You should be familiar with SGX announcements. Prior team management experience is an advantage.
