7. Training and Documentation: Facilitate training sessions and create documentation for IT staff and end-users to ensure they understand the integration processes and can troubleshoot common issues.

8. Provide associated documentation, according to internal process.

Essential Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline

2. Experience working within a Systems Engineering lifecycle

3. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Engineering role

4. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams

5. Experience in IT/Security/C2/defence related projects from a Systems Engineering perspective

6. Good knowledge on how large projects are managed

7. Strong oral and written communications skills

8. Strong liaison and stakeholders management skills

9. Strong motivation to be involved in all phases of a project life cycle, from bids to project completion.

Desirable Requirements:

Membership of relevant professional organisation, e.g. PMP, ITIL, INCOSE, Institution of Engineers, etc. Experienced in integration of large and complex software systems
