Job Scope:

• To oversee the booking and estate management of the shared facilities in Campus. The shared facilities include Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court and Tennis Courts.

• Source for opportunities for external bookings of shared facilities (e.g. concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and facilitate bookings of both schools and external parties;

• Provide logistic support for external events and programmes;

• Supervise a team of cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the campus and their training and development;

• Liaise with contractors on estate maintenance and improvement works;

• Liaise with external hirers on their bookings, usage and payment;

• Coordinate the bookings for both schools and external hirers;
