- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project team members.

Job Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
· Previous experience as a project assistant, project coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is a plus
· Knowledge or experience in project management software
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
· Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
· Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
