We are seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to join the Asia Executive Office. In this role the Director will be working with the Head of Asia Pacific on day-to-day business management, coordinating initiatives across the Firm, and managing a cadence of operating rhythms and routines for the business; all while ensuring diligent tracking of key decisions and actions emerging from these routines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Office of the Co-Presidents and Asia Business Leaders on Asia Executive priorities, including tracking and measuring progress. Facilitate decision-making and activate and align execution against critical priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the firm to help drive Asia’s agenda and ensure the right flow of internal discussions / communications.
• Assist with ad hoc projects to support Human Capital, Strategy and Corporate Communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience at an investment bank, consulting firm, asset manager, or in a corporate strategy role, ideally with a focus on related business lines of credit, private equity/opportunistic, or asset management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present ideas succinctly and effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines with a client service-oriented mentality.

Our company is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Senior Portfolio Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managed investments for single family office

· Research various fund structures and alternative investments

· Prepare market and monthly performance reports for investors

· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on investment opportunities and prepare investment reports for decision-making purposes

· Perform due diligence, lead investments negotiations, and coordinate legal aspects

· Review business performance, recommend changes to the existing investment portfolios

· Identify potential strategic investment

· Lead the investment strategy and associated activities

REQUIREMENT:

· MAS Representative would be highly advantageous

· Master's/Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), with CFA preferred

· Preferable at least 15 years of relevant working experience in the stock exchange (US & HK market) or public equity investment background

· Strong quantitative and financial modelling background with hands on experience on building tactical asset allocation models

· Strong communication skills (English & Chinese) to liaise with Chinese-speaking director(s)

• Working hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Undertake assigned sustainability consultancy projects and internal reviews/audits on sustainability and to ensure the clients meet their sustainability objectives.
• Involve in sustainability-related secondary research and analysis, developing and drafting sustainability disclosure documents, assisting with client relationship management, and supporting the organisation of seminars/workshops.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and other planning activities to support the planning reporting process.
• Report on sustainability control deficiencies and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
• Support the sustainability internal audit projects by identifying opportunities for improvement and reducing business risk through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Use of data analytics and visualisation tools to identify patterns/trends in data sets and evaluate exposure to business processes.
• Engage and communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability or external/internal audit in a public accounting firm or commercial environment will be preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Candidates with industry-related certifications such as Sustainability Certifications, CIA, CISA, CA/CPA, and CRMA will be added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and exhibit organisational and time-keeping skills.
• Have an analytical mind that can assess and evaluate risk as well as recommend solutions.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of the team by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills in handling sensitive and confidential documents.
