This People Business Partner will be based in Singapore and focus on building relationships with managers, employees and site leader(s) primarily in Australia, while liaising with the global HR team. In addition, the role holder will also have deliverables linked to Singapore and select projects in APAC. Your day-to-day

• Be the HR Business Partnering Lead for our Australian workforce
• Partner with the Australian CEO on our Site Culture initiatives
• Support local deployment of global HR programs such as the annual performance & rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening survey
• Own all aspects of basic Employee Relations issues (Corrective Actions etc.)
• Partner effectively with our Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations and Employee Advocacy Teams
• Coach managers on individual & team performance
