MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Audit and Projects Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the right level of internal control and driving process improvement projects within LFCS and LBeauty and managing the conduct of retail audits for perfumes and cosmetics brands across Southeast Asia.

1. Ensuring the right level of internal control within LFCS and LBeauty

1. Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plans implementation

• Execute and coordinate yearly LVMH Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment campaign. Perform test of design and review supporting documents submitted by process owners. Perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of Test of Design assessment and to ensure alignment with the Group’s internal control expectations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to effectively address the gaps identified. Actively support local teams during implementation phases.

1. Implement internal controls on risk areas

• Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
• Actively participate in the drafting, development, and implementation of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with LVMH policies and local laws to strengthen internal controls, and to promote standardization of processes.
• Review and approve the creation of new accounts, the assignment of roles and creation of new profiles in SAP. On an annual basis, review the roles assigned to all active users using the segregation of duties principle.
• Revise the Purchase Order validation workflows in SAP according to changes in the organization and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Conduct fraud investigations when a suspected or confirmed fraud case has been reported. Inform and alert the organization on fraud cases and fraud attempts.

1. Coordinate internal audits and follow-up on audit action plans

• Assist process owners during internal audit phases for audits conducted by Central Internal Auditors.
• Follow-up on the action plans and ensure implementation of committed actions. Provide a clear picture of the progress and status for clear reporting to Management.
• Participate in the audits conducted by the Central or Regional Internal Control Teams (joint audits, by invitation).

• Plan an audit schedule through risk assessment of retail points of sale (POS) across Southeast Asia.
• Manage 1 Internal Control Assistant Manager in the execution of retail audits, ensuring compliance with SOP, retail guidelines, and alignment with LVMH control requirements.
• Ensure the main control gaps are identified, formulate recommendations and work with management to devise action plans to effectively address the gaps identified.
• Ensure effective communication of the results of the audits to local and regional Management through presentation and a comprehensive retail audit report.

Natixis CIB is looking for an experienced Aviation Finance specialist, to take leadership on the management of the APAC Aviation book.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, the successful candidate will be given the responsibility of monitoring a book formed of circa 20 transactions/EUR 1.5Bn exposure.

He/she will functionally report to the APAC Head of Real Asset Portfolio, based in Hong Kong, and will collaborate closely with the Aviation Origination team and the Syndication team. He/she will also be in direct contact with clients/Agent banks.

Job Responsibilities:

This front office responsibility requires a proactive management of each transaction in the portfolio in order to:

MONITORING:

• Prepare and process annual reviews of credit authorizations, waiver requests, periodical reviews of cash flow models;
• Prepare the Portfolio opinion for new transaction presented in Credit Committees;
• Ensure the timely renewal of internal rating, LGD, KYC vetting;
• Monitor transaction covenants (including ESR), utilization, amortization, income, profitability
• Prepare and process watchlist memos, recommend adequate provision level and lead or participate in the restructuring of distressed transactions.

INDUSTRY/PORTFOLIO

• Participate to the preparation of a quarterly portfolio review for the Aviation portfolio along with the Head of APAC Real Assets Portfolio which should include ratings migrations as well as impact on Liquidity, RWA, Expected Loss, lessons learned (as appropriate) on past transactions and benchmarking with rating agencies and other external data providers (as available) with the view to anticipate portfolio risk and profitability;
• Prepare regular industry updates for management.
• To work closely with the aviation origination team, credit risk, coverage and other internal stakeholders to support business development and matters in relation to existing and new transactions.

ACTIVE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

• Assess at any time the value of each line in the portfolio, propose lines for secondary sale, set floor price.
• Oversee and attend to post-closing activities within the portfolio, such as ad-hoc requests in relation to repayments, amendments, and security under the existing transactions, etc.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Instruct appropriate corrections to Middle Office when errors are detected and report any significant deviation to management (data quality);
• Inform management of all key events impacting the portfolio.
• Attend to regulatory reporting, stress test and internal/external audit requirements.

INVOLVEMENT IN VARIOUS CROSS-BORDER OR GENERAL MISSIONS

• Monitoring of portfolio exposure, risk provisions, sectorial limits;
• Update of LGD models, risk policies, rating methodologies, KYC procedures.
• Support in maintaining and updating credit and lending policies and ensure adherence to the relevant policies.

Job Requirements

• University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Aviation Financing including Warehouse & Portfolio (Lessors) financing, direct financing to an airline & Short-Term Bridge structures with takeout options and/or Credit Risk with strong exposure to the Aviation industry
• Strong understanding of Structured Financing. Alternatively, strong expertise in asset-backed financing or structured lending products.
• Skilled in financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Comfortable communicating with senior management members
• Excellent English language skills. French and Mandarin a plus
• Proficiency in French is a plus and not a pre-requisite for ease of communication with France based Risk officers.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is highly desirable as we work with a number of Chinese clients.
• Proactive, team player and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to work under tight deadline

Broad Function
The Assistant/Manager shall report to the FM HOD.
Lead a key function in Service Operation and Quality, focusing on contract administration, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and FM service operation.


Key Responsibilities and Duties
Contract Administration & Management:

• Lead contract discussions and monitor milestones
• Review and address contractual issues
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service providers
• Oversee existing service and maintenance contracts
• Assist in strategy formulation for contract administration
• Collaborate with various departments on service contract development
• Expected to work with WH ALPS, finance, legal and etc department on developing of service contracts.

Cost Control and Procurement:

• Manage FM expenditure
• Support FM procurement with ALPS
• Assist with FM OPEX & CAPEX budgets
• Oversee utilities management
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes

Quality Assurance:

• Assist HOD in developing FM QA policies and strategies
• Oversee FM QA activities and documentation
• Investigate non-conformances and review corrective actions
• Represent FM in Internal Quality Audits
• Conduct quality system audits

FM Operations:

• Oversee the central management and documentation of Work Instruction, FM Policy, House Rule, Tenancy Fitting Out and Reinstatement Guideline, FM department asset, licensing & certification records. Expected to work with along FM system lead to update documentation, where applicable.
• FM rep for Workplace Safety & Health Champion and Business Continuity Planning
• Assist HOD is organising and managing FM training roadmap.
• Oversee FM office administrative support

Job Requirement

• Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent with at least 4-5 years of related working experience or (Diploma with at least 7 years) in similar portfolio for Assistant Manager role.
• Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent with at least 6-8 years of related working experience or (Diploma with at least 10 years) in similar portfolio for Manager role.
• Prior working experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in management of service provider contracts will be an advantage.
• Familiar and experience with public sector procurement governance and processes.
• Knowledge in mechanical & electrical maintenance and operations works.
