• Manage and lead a group of engineers and construction managers.
• Overall co-ordination of the work progress of large and complex projects.
• Co-ordination with other departments on issues affecting project work.
• Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc.
• Provide timely project progress reporting to management.
• Attending project execution meetings.
• Responsible for application for the required consent / permits from the relevant statutory board or regulatory body – e.g. Port Singapore Authority (PSA), ministry of manpower.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst for one of our investment banking clients to work on building business solution in banking domain. The resource should be well versed with market treasury products.

The candidate will be required to:

· Lead/manage large global projects for Market products involving cross functional and multi geographic teams as a Lead Business Analyst.

· Involve in requirement gathering, create functional requirement document, co-ordinate with development team, execute user acceptance testing and ensure quality delivery of software solution to business.

· Closely work with Trading desks, Product Control team, business managers, Market risk and Technology teams to understand and implement requirements as per project plan.

· Implement Global requirements for business, Participate actively with Development design and deliver the projects/solutions on time.

· Preparing BRD/FRD - in consultation with Business/Tech teams

· Collaborate and Partner closely with project managers/ programme managers, development leads, test leads and production support teams to ensure software solution is tested and implemented to highest quality.

· Partner with wider Technology group to leverage best practices across software development life cycle.

Required Skills

· Min. 8 years of experience in banking industry as Lead Business analyst/ Business analyst.

· Experience of building software solutions for banking applications (treasury is preferred) with focus on market products.

· Experience in treasury and market risk products are preferred

· Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into functional requirements across wide array of market treasury products and technologies.

· Experience of working with multiple system partners, Product Control teams, development and support teams.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data) in presenting to partner teams and senior managers.

· Ability to draft Use Cases, Process Flows, and Activity Diagrams, specific to banking Architecture.

· Ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities to drive results.

· Exposure to project management and agile methodologies.

Job description:

· Perform Parameter setup data mapping to new platform.

· Perform Functional gap analysis and data mapping.

· Assist in analyzing the portfolio migration requirements (internal and client initiated),
breaking down to the required level of details to drive a traceability matrix and
functional solution documents.

· Facilitate in tracking the portfolio migration requirements throughout the software
development lifecycle, ensuring that the solution, development and testing deliver
the correct coverage and scope.

· Assist in documenting portfolio migration requirements clearly and concisely in the
standard format.

· Assist in providing work estimates when applicable.

· Understand any changes to requirements or scope and impact these may have on
potential solutions and project timelines.

· Assists the Project Manager in enforcing the project deadlines and schedules
i.e. when the requirements are to be frozen, signed off

· Understand the effort estimates related to new functionality and its impact on the
project’s estimated effort. Escalate to the project manager on a timely manner
on its impact on project schedules.

· Guide in the development of test plans and test scripts

· Support in consultative sessions with the customers

· Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

· Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases.

· May lead the training of clients and peers.

Education and Experience Required

· A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a Agile Project/Business Analyst.

· Worked on at least one IT Agile Project

Knowledge and Skills

· Good verbal and written communication skill and is comfortable fronting client.

· Ability to work effectively in a team.
