Strategic

• To prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, borrower ratings which include recommendations, within due dates, in accordance to the Bank’s internal guidelines and credit appetite. • Responsible for developing and managing the Project Work Schedule, encompassing building works, M&E, and Process Systems from design through construction and installation to testing and commissioning
• Estimate the duration and resource needs for each major construction activity
• Prepare technical submissions for all tender proposals and assist in site planning, work scheduling, and monitoring site implementation progress

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of Site Planning/Management experience
• Proficient in Primavera

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to manage the end-to-end infrastructure technology portfolio of programs and projects for the banking and financial industry.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for direct and matrixed execution of portfolio in infrastructure technology implementations, upgrades, conversion, and recovery.

- Collaborates with Design and Engineering teams to define project scope and build teams.

- Creates and manages project schedules, milestones, and resources.

- Leads weekly meetings, tracks risks, and generates project status reports.

- Manages project documentation, risks, and resources, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Communicates with stakeholders and ensures project efficiency.

Requirements:
