Your key responsibilities

· Define and prioritize market opportunities and threats. Anticipate market shifts, supply challenges, regulatory changes, and other external factors that may impact competitiveness. Monitor competitive landscape and define mitigation actions in alignment with Global Sugar Reduction team

· Build and execute a regional product and commercial roadmap to accelerate profitable business growth at country/category level. Actively engage with key stakeholders at regional and global level to ensure alignment on key intiatives. Ensure that Sugar Reduction business development roadmaps are in place and communicated for top regional customers

· Position sugar reduction solutions with differentiated value propositions across applications in ROA. Foster strong connections with the network of flavorists and technical teams to drive adoption of market relevant and best-in-class sugar reduction solutions

· Provide support to regional customer opportunities to grow and convert sales pipeline. Engage Global Sugar Reduction team as needed to convert regional must-win battles

· Collaborate with Regional Pricing Office and Sugar Reduction Commercial and Portfolio Directors to implement competitive pricing strategies. Support S&OP process

· Develop the single sweetners sales as well as the sales and partnerships development with the Ecosystem of Ingredients companies with which the Sugar Reduction platform is collaborating in ROA

You bring

· Bachelor's degree in Food Science required

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the flavor industry in commercial role

· Deep technical and commercial expertise in Sugar Reduction solutions is required

· Strong listening and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize and execute strategic initiatives for maximum business impact

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across functions and manage senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit the BEP as required.
• Coordinate and manage BIM-related tasks with stakeholders and interfacing contracts.
• Regularly update and report BIM progress to the SO.
• Oversee and manage PBC within the contract.
• Collaborate with PBM and PBC of interfacing contracts.
• Identify and resolve BIM-related issues in the project.
• Manage project delivery, digital solutions, and innovations.
• Implement and optimize processes for BIM/VDC/IDD.
• Ensure compliance with information exchange requirements across contracts.
• Oversee compliance with PIR and LTAEIR across the project.
• Manage protocols for BIM information exchange among stakeholders.
• Provide digital solutions training to assist the SO with reviews.
• Oversee and maintain BIM hardware and software throughout the project.
• Coordinate and manage ICE meetings, ensuring objectives are met.
• Participate actively in ICE meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage and perform checks on BIM deliverables to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure PIM and AIM compliance with PIR, LTAEIR, LOIN, and regulations.
• Rectify geo-coordinate misalignment issues in PIM and AIM before submission.
• Verify and address issues in federated PIM and AIM with interfacing contracts.
• Set up, maintain, and manage CDE, BIM hardware, software, and templates.
• Implement cybersecurity measures for the Contractor’s CDE platform.
• Conduct regular clash detection analysis for PIM, AIM, and CCSM.
• Track and resolve design and construction conflicts within CCSM deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, or IDD project management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project BIM Coordinator on large-scale or infrastructure projects.
• Certified in BIM (Specialist Diploma) or Digital Delivery Specialist (DDM Tier 2).
• Knowledge of 4D/5D software and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360 is preferred.
