Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze potential markets to identify opportunities for single, area, or master franchises. Develop strategies to attract and secure franchise partnerships, including negotiating terms and agreements.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to pinpoint strategic areas for expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute leasing strategies that align with business goals.
- Explore and assess new market segments to diversify revenue streams, such as retail, catering, corporate partnerships, and online delivery. Implement tailored marketing and sales strategies to enter these markets effectively.
- Research industry trends and consumer preferences to uncover opportunities for new products or expansions. Work with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and market new products to boost revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, landlords, vendors, and strategic partners. Act as the primary contact for franchise inquiries and support ongoing operations.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify ways to enhance revenue and reduce costs. Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, and prepare regular reports for senior management on performance metrics and improvements.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in business management/ marketing or related
- BD exp in frachise/F&B Industry will be a plus point
