Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for the installation and operation of audio-visual, video conferencing, display, and presentation technologies for all events, include prior checks for Auditorium and meeting rooms or when major events are held
• Operate audio visual equipment during meetings, including sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting
• Liaise with event organizers on logistics support and event set up requirements
• Maintain, diagnose, test, and resolve issues with A/V equipment and media systems, ensuring minimal system and equipment downtime
• Regularly monitor and track inventory of spares and consumables, and request for purchase when necessary
• Update and maintains maintenance logbook or database
• Ensure safety and compliance in AV storage area
• Coordinate with Operations Team and contractor to repair the system if required
• To carry out routine checks on AV and VC systems and equipment to ensure they are in working condition

Requirements
