Corporate Planning and Development

• Work with stakeholders to review the strategic workplan priorities for Regional Health System Office in response to changes in operating landscape and MOH’s directions

• Prepare presentation slides on development of corporate strategy, annual workplan and budget;

PURPOSE:

Prepare for regional monthly details performance analysis, developed from financial management report. The scopes include supports for region and Opcos annual performance budget, mid-year range strategy plan and monthly outlook. Maintaining of data integrity of performance system (Cognos TM1 and Oracle system upgrade).

PURPOSE:

To lead our Order to Cash (O2C) process management by overseeing and optimizing the entire order fulfilment cycle, from order entry to cash collection, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Process optimization: Streamline and optimize the end-to-end Order to Cash process to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall performance. Conduct regular review and identify gaps against regional standard processes and recommend improvement opportunities in current OpCo’s processes for alignment with the fit to standard implementation of new ERP system.

PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues. This will include but not be limited to providing legal advice, legal support and contract review in respect of all contractual transactions (including but not limited to regional tenders, bids and all contract management related matters. Role Overview

This intern will work closely with leadership on early-stage SaaS strategy and subsequent marketing execution. They will gain hands-on experience by helping validate market opportunities, define product positioning, and support go-to-market efforts for a new SaaS venture. The role offers exposure to both strategic planning (including business modeling and market research) and tactical marketing (such as campaign management, social media outreach, and lead generation).

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Validation

• Conduct high-level market sizing and competitor analysis.
• Gather insights from customer interviews, surveys, and industry reports.
• Assist in refining problem statements, value propositions, and product positioning.

Marketing Strategy & Content Creation

• Contribute to the creation of the go-to-market plan, identifying target segments and channels.
• Draft marketing materials including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Collaborate on content calendars and schedule postings across relevant platforms.

Branding & Messaging Support

• Help maintain brand consistency in all collateral (logos, style guides, messaging).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of market research methods, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
