Scope of work

You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest-growing region in the world. The Project BIM Manager (PBM) is responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for large-scale or infrastructure projects. This role is focused on implementing BIM strategies, ensuring digital delivery, and coordinating 4D and 5D BIM models to integrate design, cost, and scheduling information effectively.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and procedures for each project phase.
