Requirements

To support the Department’s Assistant Manager/Manager in the following matters:

• Development and review of the strategy and ensure alignment with the Ministry of Health (MOH) strategic objectives and priorities.
• Develop, update and maintain a hospital-wide performance management framework
• Facilitate strategic dialogues with cluster stakeholders on the renewal of the Master Framework Agreement by collating, reviewing, and aligning benchmarks of key hospital priorities and performance indicators at management level platforms, including but not limited to Senior Management Meeting (SMM);
• Work through Family Groups, Departments and other key stakeholders to translate hospital/zonal-level priorities and performance indicators into effective Family Group level communications and action plans;
