POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a core member of the team consisting of executives and patient service associates

We are looking for a dynamic individual to conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies for Paragon.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers’ traffic and increase tenant sales
• Plan and execute all A&P campaigns, events, and other related promotional activities for the mall
• Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors, and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Track and manage marketing budget
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in A&P in a retail environment
• Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task
