Role description:

We are seeking an experienced IT&T Project Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting regional IT and Telecoms service delivery as well as supporting consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the projects in Singapore and overseas (regional) when required.
• Manage the partners and vendors carrying out the project work to the required quality and standards.
• To undertake pre-consultation and site surveys for all new projects, if required.
• To be directly responsible for the physical installation, testing and commissioning of equipment and cabling if needed.
• Produce a detailed works program and coordinate the installations with relevant partners and vendors to meet the completion dates set by the Project Manager.
• To ensure that safety and security requirements are met for various site and client requirements.
• To provide timely and accurate reporting to the Project Manager.
• To task the CAD engineer with drawings for projects and handover packages.
• To compile handover packages and have them approved by the project manager.
• To undertake all additional tasks as requested by the Manager.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology preferred
• CompTIA Network+ or CCNA preferred
• CDCP preferred
• ITIL Foundation preferred

Requirements/Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of similar work experience
• Ability to communicate, read and write competently in English
• Good understanding of the principles of networking and communication technologies

Others:

• Working hours from Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm.
• Ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours and weekends is required
