Job Description

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business research, customer (internal/external) needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and BI/ML, to develop and launch new products or enhancements.
• Conduct audience and process research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product growth.
• Lead and manage product and project teams to ensure that delivery is up to impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction, as per agreed product roadmaps.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products.
• Define and lead training and user engagement strategy to ensure solution adoption.
• Responsible for software, hardware, and professional services contracts and budgets.
• Monitors the emergence of new data development technologies and methodologies and where appropriate applies it to the data analytics development process.

Job Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• 7+ years of experience in Data-intensive product development.
• Proven record of working with analytics, and ML/AI solutions.
• Professional Certification in Agile (preferable).
• Good knowledge of at least one of the functional areas: customer relationships and sales, e-com/freight forwarding/express/logistics operations, and service operations.
• Experience with data modeling principles, DWH.
• Experience with Tableau/ Power BI/ Cognos.
• Experience working Agile and DevOps; familiar with DataOps.
• Understanding of cloud storage, hosting, and computing environments.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional cross-geographical teams to analyze and understand business needs.
• Good oral and written English: ready to present to a technical audience.

• Overall responsibility for the sales and business development for International Coordination Office
• Improve staff teamwork, efficiency, performance and service delivery
• Ensure work carried out by the attending offices/ agents is in line with nomination instructions,SOP
• Work closely with global service line and other coordination centres, provide quotation and coordinate job execution
• Be responsible for submission of tender documents, rates and quotations
