Department

The department is Fund Management. This department is primarily responsible for creation of real estate strategies and products, matching them with the right investors and to manage the investments till the end of its life cycle. As such, the department is supported by 2 teams. One team is the Investment and Portfolio Management team, and the other is the Investor Relations team.

Designation and Reporting

Scope of Work

Deal Evaluation:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Operations Excellence team. This role entails developing BI dashboards, performing business and AI analysis, managing projects, and gathering requirements. It requires experience in data analysis, Power BI, AI, and project management.

What you will do

Dashboard Development:

• Analyze data requirements needed for the KPIs and translate business requirements into specifications for IT to extract the required data from various systems
• Design BI visualizations and develop BI dashboards using Power BI and work closely with IT to validate the data provided.

Business & AI Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to perform business analysis to support the decision-making process
• Perform data analysis and modeling, and communicate analytical insights to business stakeholders through various techniques such as PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, documents, and charts
• Participate in process reviews through data analysis to recommend efficient and effective actions
• Use AI and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights

Project Management/ Stakeholder Management:

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics/ Computer Science/ IT or related fields
• Relevant experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with knowledge in Power BI, including DAX and M query language
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with business intelligence or performance measurement dashboards using Power BI or other BI tools

We are currently recruiting for Senior Business Analyst for our client engagements who will be working with the clients’ business stakeholders to identify value of their processes, assess automation opportunities, document and optimize the business processes of the clients’ departments. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Provide functional and operational recommendations to clients’ functional teams & business stakeholders
• Review and help refine automation and process excellence business cases to optimize, improve and automate business processes to deliver the desired business outcome
• Help create an automation and business value consulting pipeline to ensure adoption of automation and process excellence capabilities to drive the “automation first and process excellence” strategy for FujiFilm clients.
• Conduct high-level assessment, create detailed As-Is process description, detailed To-Be automated process description, and define quantifiable business cases with a sound understanding of Business Process Automation (BPA) products and platform.

Duties to Be Performed:

We are looking for a Project Manager – Process Systems Specialist in the either or all of the following systems,

- Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems.
