The Business Development Assistant Manager for Learning Technologies will be instrumental in identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities within the education technology sector. This role demands expertise in bids management and overseeing the process from the tender phase to the tender award phase. • Manage and responsible day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in the project;

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
