What you will be doing:
The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and the HRBP Team to drive organizational effectiveness through tailored HR strategies and processes. You will work to design HR development frameworks that will enable high-performance work cultures, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Organisational Development
- Performance Management – Own and manage the approach, development and process of audax Performance Management. This includes and is not limited to designing, refining and deploying the mid and annual Audax Review Cycle.
- Employee Engagement – You will be the champion for driving audax employee engagement activities across our 8 engagement pillars. You will design approach and lead the project plan for each year. This includes managing companywide communication activities (All Hands), audax HR Intranet, and the development and driving of year-round engagement activities which covers development, CSR, social, and more.
- Pulse Survey – You will lead the design, roll-out and perform the analysis/ presentation for the annual Employee Pulse Survey. This survey aims to get a “health check” of the organisation and ensuring our implementations for areas of improvements identified are successful.
Employer Branding and Early Careers
- You will be the champion of ensuring the audax brand strengthen amongst employee and job seekers.
- You will also be the lead for all Internship and Early Career Programmes which are essential for audax as we focused on building a pipeline of early career talents for our growing organisation.
Benefits Management
- You will lead and manage audax’s benefits implementation for our staff, which includes (i) reviewing and onboarding of corporate insurance, (ii) reviewing and implementing audax leave schedule in accordance with statutory changes and industry norms, and (iii) proposing and implementing of other programmes which are deemed beneficial to staff from a health and wellness positioning.
Organisational Excellence
- Process and documentation management – You will work with the HR and Compliance team to ensure our HR repository of policies and standards are accurate and updated.
- ISO – You will work with the COO in driving ISO activities within audax. This includes project planning and leading for each ISO certification achievement.
HRBP Support
- You will be part of the HRBP team that support businesses with HR advisory across employee life cycle matters.
- You will also be working closely with the HRBP team for support on onboarding, offboarding matters relating to performance/ learnings domains.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in areas of Organisational Development and Business Partnering.
- Experienced working in a startup, hyper growth organisation is preferred.
- Has the agility and flexibility mindset to adapt to business changes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a bigger team (cross functions) to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results that are aligned with business strategies and goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in presentation skills (written, verbal) and proficient in other MS office tools – Excel, Words.
- Demonstrates rigor, discipline, and structure in all customer engagements and internal governance.
- Deep understanding of banks and the challenges they face, including technology, regulatory, and commercial issues.
- Passionate about Financial Services and Technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
