Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional IT infrastructure projects. The Department of Architecture at the National University of Singapore invites applications for up to two Tenure track (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor) position in urban planning and design. Successful candidates should be actively engaged with urban issues in Asia. They should have interests in developing interdisciplinary research to address pressing challenges to high-density urban environment, especially in Asia. Job Purpose

The Executive / Senior Engineer is responsible for development and implementation of asset management processes within the Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Group. The core focus of the job function will be managing and implementing asset management processes to ensure reliability and availability of operating assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement asset management plans and processes including spares management, alternate parts, and obsolescence management.

2. Work with maintenance branches to establish and maintain a comprehensive database for spares, tools, and other critical equipment for M&E group.

3. Coordinate with branches on spares and materials requisition, including preparation of approval papers.

4. Manage and coordinate applications and requests for any asset modification within the rail network.

5. Coordinate, collate and prepare performance and maintenance plans and reports across the branches for submission to the authorities.
