Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of sales processes and service offerings.

• Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring job orders are fulfilled and expectations are met.
• Conduct intelligent research to identify and build a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities to develop a robust future sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of lead and prospect activities to ensure effective lead management.
• Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and materials for opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Possess a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields.
• Outgoing and energetic, you possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives on a global scale.
• Ambitious, passionate, and team-oriented, you are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit.
