RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Partners the Global Head of HR CIB and Value Stream Leads to build, refine, manage and deliver the holistic, business centric CIB People Agenda in service of the business delivering its strategy. • Develop and support middle-to-back-office capabilities for private market processes, including deal execution, transaction booking (e.g., capital calls, cash distributions, invoices), and valuations.
