Purpose of Position

The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for selling BSI products and services to new and existing customers across a defined BSI product suite. This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers, to position how BSI products and services can enable organisations to improve and manage the sales process to a successful conclusion.

To team with up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.

• To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance to (or below) the allocated approved budget.
• To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
• To have experience in working at Data Center.
• Mechanical: Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
• Electrical: Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry in Singapore.
• The candidate will assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.
• Well versed in English.
• Able to commence work immediately or short notice.

About the role:

• Liaise with client's representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.
• Deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
• Provide leadership and direction on all project operations and activities such as the design, plan, schedule, scope and budget
• Manage and ensure completion of assigned upgrading / Additional & Alteration (A&A) works in accordance to the client’s expectation within the timeline and budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth execution of project.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and in accordance with contract specification.
• Able to chair project kick-off meetings, progress meeting and all other project related meetings with clients, consultants, and other parties.
• Able to prepare tender document including the estimated price value and specification write up.
• Preparation & Monitoring of project progress claim, variation, and final accounts daily/weekly for all parties.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that required work is satisfactorily performed and completed by certified consultants.
• Any other related duties that may be assigned

About You:

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance
• Experience in Greenmark Project/ACMV will be advantageous.

The HRIS Project Manager / BA will work in tandem with a highly talented group of implementation consultants, software developers and project support resources to design, configure and deploy their best-of-breed Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software solution .

Roles

• Managing the requirements lifecycle: Ensure that requirements/user stories are prioritised based on their value, complexity, and feasibility, ensuring that the most critical items are delivered first
• Developing project plans, managing schedule, timelines, resources and budget
• Preparing project status updates and MIS reports to various stakeholders
• Managing entire project lifecycles including design, development, testing , implementation
  Guiding project resources and driving key milestones and across a porfolio of concurrent customer software implementation initiatives, you will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Gathering and documenting requirements: Gather, review, analyse, validate, evaluate, and map business systems, processes and user needs and translate them into requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria
• Managing stakeholders: Engage, inform and negotiate with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements and prioritise them
• Analysing and modelling: Analyse documents, programs, logic, process flows and specifications. Model the requirements using a range of techniques such as process mapping, story mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria, business rules

The Project Manager will ideally bring to the table:

• Min 12 years of IT experience with min 5+ years experience in project management within corporate technology environments
• Demonstrated understanding of HR/Payroll, HRIS, HCM or WFM enterprise software / SaaS solutions
• Ability to work on and collaborate between multiple programs of work
• Experience in developing, tracking and following up of project plans and stakeholder tasks across the portfolio
• Project management documentation and coordination skills
• Business domain knowledge financial services is preferred
• Strong PM capabilities in time, cost, scope, quality reporting and governance.
• Ability to lead multiple project teams across diverse platform deployments
• Great stakeholder management skills across internal project, executive management, third party provider and customer resources
