• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including design changes, specifications, test results, and approvals. Ensure all documents are in compliance with project management processes and procedures.

Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with other disciplines (electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.) to ensure that the design, construction, and commissioning of the projects are well integrated.

Education

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in offshore energy projects (e.g., offshore substations, offshore wind, or oil & gas industry).
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering aspects of offshore substations is highly desirable.

The Project Secretary will provide essential administrative support to the Project Manager and the wider project team. The Project Secretary will act as the focal point for administrative tasks, ensuring that all necessary administrative documentation for the project is properly prepared, filed, tracked, and accessible, while ensuring smooth operational efficiency within the project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support:

• Assist in the creation, organization, and storage of project administrative documentation, including meeting minutes, stakeholder schedule arrangement, correspondence and so on. Ensure all documents are properly indexed and accessible to relevant team members.
