The Role

• Design and implement IT Infrastructure and Security solutions, including end-user computing services, authentication services, IDAM/PAM, storage systems, network architecture, and security frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and cybersecurity tools.
• Proficiency in end-user computing, authentication, access management, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and automation tools.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and compliance standards (e.g., PCIDSS, ISO27001).
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.
