About the role

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects from start to finish. • Lead End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of exceptional products and services.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to align on project goals, timelines, and priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in project delivery, with 3+ years in a leadership role, managing complex technology projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies, and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.

PROJECT ENGINEER CUM DRAFTER

1. Responsible for co-ordination of all technical activities on assigned project and assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of the assigned projects.

2. Participate in client or contractor site meetings and inspections to ensure site installation is carried in accordance to the technical specification of the project.

3. Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants in the projects, to resolve all site issue hindering the work progress.

4. Assist in planning, scheduling and coordination of works and ensure proper deliverables and full compliance to the authority standards.

5. Assist in all project management and coordination activities delegated by project manager; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project proposals and production coordination.

6. Assist in all project administration where required

7. Report to the Project Manager on any site issues hindering the work progress. For example, report any change of design or architectural plan, incurring addition work to our trade. Highlight those changes that might results omission or variation cost.

8. Report to the Project Manager monthly work progress carried out on site.

9. Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Drafter roles:

Design & Drafting:

1. Prepare and revise technical drawings and construction plans using AUTOCAD software.
2. Ensure all drafts adhere to local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
3. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to integrate design changes and ensure clarity in construction documentation.
4. Ensure that all drafting and engineering solutions comply with safety, environmental, and building regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Site and Project Managers on project execution.
• Liaise with consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of Electrical work.
• To liaise with consultant, clients on the design of shop drawing.
• Attend technical and coordination meetings.
• Handle and resolve technical and engineering problems.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultant and client to ensure smooth completion of project.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification - Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Electrical construction field.
• Good knowledge of Electrical specifications & requirements
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments, Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:

§ Lead fund management for various fund mandates under ESR’s data centre platform

§ Ensure end-to-end investment process is carried out in accordance with fund requirements

§ Drive product development and marketing of potential new data centre fund vehicles and syndication of existing data centre assets

§ Manage asset level and portfolio level performance measurement; recommend and implement strategies for improving fund returns

§ Carry outfund-level reporting, including production of quarterly reports, annual business plan and ad hoc reporting requests

§ Oversee fund-level financial modelling and preparation of various fund committee memos

§ Manage communications and requests for information from various stakeholders including new and prospective investors, lenders, and internal functions

§ Evaluate new investment opportunities from a portfolio standpoint, advising impact on portfolio weighting and returns

§ Advise on structuring / financing of potential investments, particularly from an offshore level

§ Manage FX / interest rate hedging program for relevant investments

§ Manage subscription line facility for relevant investments

§ Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including debt and equity capital partners, intermediaries, tax and legal advisors, banking relationships etc.

§ Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, development, legal, finance, and operations.

§ Provide coaching and guidance to junior members in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Bachelor’s Degree majoring in business, finance, economics, engineering or equivalent; preference for candidates who also have a master’s degree in business administration, finance and/or real estate

§ Minimum 10 years of experience, with current experience working in a fund / portfolio management role for a regional / global investment manager

§ Experienced negotiating various commercial agreements, including limited partnership agreements, investment / asset management agreements, sale & purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements and loan facilities.

§ Self-motivated and proactive; ability to work both independently and within a team environment;

§ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills;

§ Able to work independently, resourceful, meticulous, and possess sound commercial sense with strong analytical aptitude;

§ Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

§ Fluency in English. Japanese language skills are highly advantageous given the current portfolio weighting to this market.
