The Sales & Advisory Business Execution Sr. Analyst is key member of the Asia South Investment Advisory Team. The role is a seasoned professional who applies in-depth knowledge to drive improvement of investments sales & advisory processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the investment sales & advisory function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Responsibilities:

• Management of specific investment advisory artifacts with inputs from various internal partners
• Work with key control stakeholders and other internal partners to streamline investment sales & advisory process.
• Deliverables include elevating internal client (Bankers and Investment Counselors) and external client experience related to investment sales & advisory process.
• Work with internal partners to support project management of strategic initiatives to improve processes and risk management.

Stakeholder management

1. At regional level:

Acts as primary interface with business lines (Business COOs, Conduct & Control Officers, Front-Office Conduct & Surveillance) as well as Compliance to:

• Collect, analyze and document business scenarios for the use of voice and chat channels
• Understand business interactions with clients and other external counterparties, and their expectations when communicating with BNPP

• Establish and enforce a clear RACI with all stakeholders on the execution of their processes and controls

2. At global level:

Project management

• Report progress and address project risks and issues with senior management
• Contribute to providing regular updates in monthly steering committees and ad-hoc presentations

Requirements:

• Understanding of core banking businesses (Global Markets, Corporate Finance, Transaction Banking, Wealth Management) and interactions between front-officers (Sales, Relationship Managers, etc.) and their clients and other counterparties
• Familiar with the technical set-up, usage, recording and surveillance of voice and chat communication channels
• Knowledge of end-to-end technical flows into archiving and surveillance back-end systems

Document Change Control Specialist

Duration: 18 months contract

Responsibilities:

• Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
