Role Purpose

To frame the business case and lead the implementation of satellite operations for MODEC EPCI business

conducted by the Project Execution Business Function ("PE"). The operationalisation is expected to be made

under the remit of and will affect two Singaporean legal entities of the PE, Modec Offshore Production Systems

(Singapore) Pte Ltd ("MOPS") and its Joint Venture company Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte Ltd ("OFS"),

About us

The Operations project lead will be an individual contributor (with no direct reports) leading the Dyson cross functional (GSC) Global supply chain project team and manage a Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) partnership.

• 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or Graduate degree in a quantitative, business, or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff role, or a similar role requiring leadership of varied strategic and operational initiatives while working with executive leaders.
• Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives and to collaborate with ideas, energy and determination.
• Ability to be an independent and strategic thinker.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players to drive business growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the global market
• Design and implement solutions to meet the needs of clients and partners, while driving revenue growth
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while continuously optimizing existing partnerships and channels

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
