Job Description:

• Lead and drive the Contract Management work.
• Attend monthly Client and Stakeholder meeting independently.
• Ability to prepare tender / contract documents.
• Experience and be familiar working with statutory boards clients.
• Perform contract management and administration duties.
• Maintain strategic relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
• To update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for Term Contracts and minor improvement works.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to contractors and service providers.
• Assist in the preparation of ITT/ITQ contract documentation including conducting site show round & tender interview.
• Assist in putting up recommendation paper and liaise with various government agencies.
• Conduct weekly FM meeting with client and preparation of minutes.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Building Services / Quantity Surveyor or related engineering discipline.
• Relevant working experience and track records in managing contracts / projects.
• Possess strong Contract and Project management skill.

This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in working with chefs and other personnel to plan menus in line with the brand’s culinary direction. Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs.

• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

• Assist in dishwashing duties
