Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive with a strong background in the food industry and a mindset for continuous improvement to join our team in Singapore. This role involves logistics & inventory planning and will be the "go to" person for inbound and outbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers for the day-to-day operations. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave applicate and duty roster.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Ensure the outbound team has the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their tasks and duties.
• Resolve day to day operational issues with the delivery drivers. Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning in the process.
• Oversee the scheduling of regular maintenance on all vehicles.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure inventory accuracy, inventory movement traceability.
• Ensure storage areas are well stocked on time. Perform cycle count to ensure inventory is accurate. Receive, QC check and put away incoming shipments in a timely manner.
• Responsible for Supply and Inbound Operations. Process permit clearance of shipments. Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers with the supply team and freight forwarders, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery. Accountable for receiving shipments accuracy and reporting on any discrepancies.
• Assist in projects to support business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in functions such as warehouse operations and supply chain management. Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position in a relevant function, preferably in the food manufacturing, food services or food retail industry.
• A go-getter and ready to make an impact. Able to demonstrate previous successes in operations scenarios.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn new skills and able to adapt quickly.
• Self-driven with good initiative and learning abilities.
• Possess resourcefulness to seek out creative ideas and methods to achieve targets.
• Display strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Able to start work within short notice.

**Korean language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with the Korea HQ team, which primarily speaks Korean.

• Structure and manage Asia Sales and Country Sales pipeline reports.
• Compile and review Country and Asia Sales task progress, and report to RHQ weekly.
• Monitor major sales progress through CRM system updates for Asia Sales and Country Sales PICs.
• Prepare monthly reports for sales performance reviews, ASM account P&L evaluations, and sales plans.
• Organize monthly sales meetings (via conference calls) involving Asia RHQ, Asia Sales, and Asia countries.
• Generate quarterly reports to review sales strategy progress.
• Coordinate bi-annual and annual reports and sales meetings (conference calls or face-to-face).
• Develop materials and share insights on new MNC targets, opportunities, and best practices with countries.
• Monitor ASM and sales-related issues, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and provide support for resolution.
