POSITION SUMMARY

Korn Ferry (KF) is looking for an Senior Project Manager Implementation, to be based in Singapore or Australia.

The role will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of RPO solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex RPO implementations, delivering exceptional client satisfaction and leading an experienced team.

You will work as part of a global team to execute local, regional and global implementations within APAC.

As a key part of the APAC RPO Leadership team, this role will be responsible for maximizing resource capacity across the team to deliver high impact, quality implementations, consulting and project support services in the talent management domain to a high level of customer satisfaction. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Knowledge of one or more Talent Acquisition leading technologies: (i.e. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, SilkRoad, iCims, Kenexa/BrassRing, ADP/Virtual Edge, Cornerstone OnDemand)
• Knowledge of corporate and/or public entity talent practices

As a Project Manager for Cloud Migration, you will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications from on-prem to AWS Cloud. You will work closely with solution architects, cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and cloud architects, to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration projects. • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments.
