Key Account Manager (Architectural Lighting)
Responsibilites:
-Develop new business opportunities to acquire new project specification.
-Develop & Establish strong relationship between stakeholders or developers or architects or lighting designers or interior planners in Singapore or in ASEAN market.
-Manage Key accounts & Channel partners & assume overall responsibility and growth in your assigned business clusters or areas of responsibility.
-To work with Channel Partners to create specification sales related activities for the project stakeholders community.
-Train and develop assigned and agreed accounts to a common level to speak the architectural lighting language within the company’s Lighting philosophy.
-Provide detailed Bi- Annual report & update Regional Manager on Account & its related activities & be in line with agreed key performance indicators.
-Regular visits to Key account & Channel partners.
-Understand the architectural project requirement and propose/suggest appropriate architectural lighting applications/specifications or technical support to facilitate lighting designers, architects and interior planners.
-Work with in-house lighting design department to produce architectural lighting applications/specifications to support lighting designers, architects and interior planners for their project requirement.
-Ensure CRM information are updated in accordance to internal SOP between the Headquarters and Sales Office.
-To present the project architectural lighting applications/specifications lighting designers, architects and interior planners.
-To lead the projects and work with Channel partners to bring to a successful completion within the timeline for each project.
-To notify and discuss with Regional Manager on project specification that require delicate attention or investment or facilitation.
-To raise the awareness of the company in Singapore or in ASEAN.
-To work with Regional Manager to plan and facilitate Quarterly Brand Awareness Activities for business clusters or areas of responsibility in Singapore or in ASEAN.
-To work with Marketing Leader to disseminate relevant marketing tools or material to aid in business promotion for business clusters or areas of responsibility in Singapore or in ASEAN.
-To understand current trends & needs of the architectural lighting market in project specification.
-To be aware of competition movement and new innovations into the market.
Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office & Online Media Communication
-Basic Knowledge in Dialux/BIM and relevant Architectural Lighting software tools (Preferred)
-Experience with DIALux EVO, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup
-Strong business acumen
-More than 3 years of extensive project specification experience in architectural lighting or project specification in luxury architecture equipment (Preferred)
-B2B and B2C architectural sales experience in relevant industries: Commercial, Museum & Galleries, Public Works, Luxury Residential or in construction and building materials
-A strong existing network or relationship between stakeholders or developers or architects or lighting designers in ASEAN market is ideal
-Existing experience in working across ASEAN market (Preferred)
