An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

1. To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard.

2. Take beverage orders from service crews or directly from guests accurately & promptly.

3. Assist manager in the daily operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.
