We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, optimizing delivery processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Technical team to implement strategies that drive sales performance.
- For the group's ability to go overseas, including but not limited to the Ringa platform, and intercom, smart office, cloud and virtualization and other projects for on-site delivery,
- Carry out technical troubleshooting, to meet customers' on-site and remote service requirements
- Monitor sales targets and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
- Address any issues that arise during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve sales execution processes.
Requirements
- Experience in video surveillance and smart office related delivery, able to understand and solve problems quickly. Professional operation experience of video manufacturers such as Dahua or Haikang.
- In-depth knowledge of mainstream cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.), familiarity with cloud architecture, virtual machine management, storage, and network configuration, and the ability to deploy and manage these technologies in real-world environments
- Rich experience in technical support and troubleshooting, able to quickly locate and resolve problems that arise in the field or remote environment.
- Familiar with common troubleshooting tools and methods, able to deal with problems efficiently in complex environments.
