JOB SCOPE

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop design concepts, themes, and styles based on client requirements and industry trends.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories to complement the design concept.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion and adherence to client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess the success of the design and implement improvements if needed.

• žEnsures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
