• Co-ordinating and liaising with users to ensure all requirements of the office renovation project are fully met
• Reviewing and preparing construction tender documents
• Managing consultants, M&E Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Interior Designer and Contractors

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of internal and/or external resources to deliver specified projects within agreed parameters.
• Manage the end to end solution delivery of projects, in the scope of best-practice.
• Implement and enforced best-practice project methodology and processes to the team, with the objective of better management and implementation of projects.
• Work closely with cross divisional teams, department heads and Sales Manager(s) to develop business cases and other project documentation for projects being managed as part of the company direction.
• Work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales Departments to ensure that the Project development is in-line with the overall business project plan and timelines
• Develop and actively manage project plans in line with company standards to ensure solutions are delivered within agreed parameters
