The Construction Project Coordinator works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to plan and meet all necessary regulations and quality standards. This is a mid-level position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project coordination or management.

Project Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion

Responsibilities:-

· Responsible for the planning, supervision and monitoring of work progress at project site

· Carry out daily checks on the structural steel, architectural or metal works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections

· Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all safety standards and client's requirement.

· Take site measurement and issue work order

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing

· Coordinate with site personnel, consultants and clients

· Ensure smooth site progress

Requirements:-

· Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience

· Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

· Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline

· A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
